Gym and Fitness
Saturdays 5.15pm - 6pm at Wildern Leisure Centre
Follow a programme to improve fitness by attending each week. Programme contains the exercise bikes, rower, treadmills and cross trainers. Use of other machines may be allowed at clubs discretion. You will have a personal log to complete so you can measure progress.
We will mostly have the gym to ourselves so there is no need to worry about other people watching us.
£4 per session
Make sure you where comfortable clothes and good supportive trainers.
