Funding

Funding is essential for us to operate keeping fees as low as possible. It comes from grants, donations, sponsorships and fund raising activities, as well as membership fees.

We run various fund raising events through the year.

Annual membership 2024

This is our annual subscriptions appeal. We suggest a donation of £12 or more. This will add you to our mailing list, give you regular updates on our activities, and contribute to our running costs (insurance, post, web site etc)

Family membership enables the tax payer in the family to let us claim gift aid. All family members are included and welcome to attend sessions, subject to availability and payment of session fees.

Please add the membership in the name of a family member who pays tax in order for us to be able to claim.

You should be given a form that has been completed with your details, and a tax declaration form. We are handing this out over the next week. Please return signed forms to us with payment or noting that payment was made online.

Please check your details carefully, and return to us. Subscription donations can be made by cheque, cash or online direct to our bank. Donating through the link above will mean we may be charged a fee, but also means they will give us a list for gift aid claims so saves time and effort.

Shop Online and Raise Money with many companies!

Spend and we get a donation, sometimes only a few pence, but it all mounts up. There's over 2,000 retailers on their site, and some of the donations can be as much as 15% of your purchase. Book holidays, flights, insurance etc too!
